Urban Chic Deluxe apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the apartment building, where there is access via stairs or elevator.

It includes 2 rooms, the bedroom and the living room. In the bedroom there is 1 double bed, an office desk and a spacious closet to place your clothes. Next to the beds there is lighting for your convenience and opposite them there is a 32" flat screen TV, while sockets right next to the bed allow you to take advantage of relaxing hours to manage your mobile devices.

In the living room there is 1 sofa bed, which can be converted into a double bed, the dining room, the bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, where you will find everything you need, such as oven, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes and glasses, microwave, Espresso machine and toaster. Next to the kitchen is the fridge and opposite the living room there is a 32" flat screen TV, as well as an extra closet, where you will find the iron and the clothes rack.

The central air conditioning (a/c) of the apartment will keep you cool during the hot summer months, while in winter, together with the convector, will offer you the warm atmosphere you need.

The bathroom has a bathtub with protective glass and a shower telephone. You will find small individual packages of soap, shower gel and shampoo on the faucet furniture with the sink and the mirror. The washing machine is also located inside the bathroom.

Just outside the balcony you will find outdoor furniture to enjoy your coffee, overlooking the city and the castle of Palamidi.

The apartment has linen, such as sheets, face towels, body towels anda bath mat.

Free Wifi is available throughout the apartment.

The arrival of new visitors is set at 15:00 p.m. due to health protocols, while the departure at 11:00 a.m. to have a difference of 4 hours according to the regulation.

In front of the apartment there is space to park your car.
